    • Voltaren Rapid 25mg is a product which can be used as a short-term anti-inflammatory for a variety of conditions including: muscles aches & pain, arthritis, backache, headache and period pain
    • It is only recommended for short-term use of no longer than a few days unless recommended by a doctor and the maximum daily dose should not be exceeded
    • Voltaren tablets need to be taken with food (preferably a main meal) otherwise it may cause stomach upset
    • It should NOT be taken within the first 48 hours after an injury as it may delay the body’s natural healing process, it’s better to RICE the injury – Rest, Ice, Compress and Elevate
    • NOT to be taken in pregnancy or breastfeeding, unless recommended by a doctor

    • Nurofen is really useful as an anti-inflammatory for conditions such as headache/migraine, toothache, muscle aches and period pain
    • It’s better to use Nurofen for Children for children under the age of 7 as you can taper the dose to their specific age and/or weight
    • Studies have shown that Nurofen no longer needs to be taken with food, however if you feel as though it upsets your stomach try to time your dose with your meal times
    • Nurofen can be taken alongside Paracetamol/Panadol, however it’s important to not exceed the maximum daily dose of both

    • Studies have shown that Nuromol no longer needs to be taken with food, however if you feel as though it upsets your stomach try to time your dose with your meal times
    • Don’t take any additional Ibuprofen or Paracetamol with Nuromol as it contains both the active ingredients
    • Maximum of 2 tablets 3 times daily (6 tablets in 24 hours)
